Delivery and shipping
We ship your order carefully packed from our location in Cologne. We choose the shipping provider to suit the size, weight and destination of your order.
Delivery time
Delivery within Germany and abroad usually takes 10 to 14 calendar days from receipt of your order. This period includes preparing your order and transport.
Different delivery times for individual products are stated on the respective product page. Should unexpected delays occur, we will inform you as quickly as possible.
Delivery areas and shipping costs
We deliver within Germany and to the other member states of the European Union.

For deliveries outside the European Union, please contact us before ordering at info@less-n-more.com. We will gladly check whether delivery is possible and let you know the costs and delivery conditions.
Delivery by freight forwarder
Some lamps require delivery by freight forwarder because of their size or nature. We point this out on the respective product.
For these items, we agree the shipping costs, the type of delivery and the delivery period with you before the order is completed. We also clarify how far the goods will be delivered and what is required at the place of delivery.
