Light + Living 1/2014

Possible uses of wooden luminaires. Wooden luminaires offer interior designers an undreamt-of wealth of possibilities. For example, large pendant luminaires made of precious veneer can be a real eye-catcher in a modern concrete loft. Massive wooden table luminaires can be placed as a contrast to a white high-gloss lacquered sideboard. And a lounge chair made of black leather with a chrome-coloured frame can be beautifully staged with the warm light of a bamboo luminaire and discreetly brought to the fore. Wooden luminaires allow you to set your own accents in the room. They do not necessarily dominate the room, but provide exciting contrasts in colour and form. And perhaps the most important thing: they make for an enchantingly warm feel-good light.
